I offer a 3-month program focused on building a strong foundation to support performance, recovery, and development.

Personalized to each athlete’s sport, schedule, and goals, I provide a clear, practical plan that fits real life.

I work directly with your athlete to establish priorities, implement strategies, and evaluate progress as we go.

My student athletes learn to take ownership, fueling themselves with confidence instead of relying on reminders from parents.

Why three months?

Three months is a semester. It’s a season. A
pre-season or post-season.

Student athletes are already wired to think that way. It’s long enough for us to accomplish what we need, and short enough for them to buy in.

My approach is anchored in facts, not fads. This is not gym-culture nutrition with a single-minded goal.

How it works

Rooted in science, my approach is a holistic one. My training allows me to identify what’s at the heart of an athlete’s concerns. From there, I create a personalized plan that’s accessible, realistic, and actually fun.

Our work begins with weekly sessions for the first month to build momentum. Sessions move to every other week for months two and three as athletes gain more confidence.

Together, we break large goals into small, actionable steps that build on each other over time for results.

All clients have access to a private, secure portal for session notes, nutrition resources, and food/mood journals to support their progress.

Throughout, I’ll customize what we do to meet the needs of each athlete. And I include an optional parent strategy session for even more support.
